Restrooms
There are four restrooms located Uptown: ground level in hallway fronting GBC, second level fronting Macy’s, in the food court on the ground level, and on the ground level next to Fantastic Sam’s. There are two restrooms located Downtown, one on the third level in the food court, and one on the second level next to Pretzelmaker. Family restrooms are also available Uptown near GBC, second level fronting Macy’s, and Downtown near Lids.
Gift Certificates
Pearlridge Center gift certificates are sold exclusively through the designated American Savings Bank ATMs in the Center. There are two Uptown; one on the ground level fronting Cookie Corner, and the second is the outermost ATM machine in the American Savings Bank convenience center on the ground level next to Honolua Surf Co. There is an additional designated American Savings Bank ATM Downtown on the second level fronting Cookie Corner. The gift certificates may be used at both Pearlridge Center and Kahala Mall; and may also be purchased through the designated American Savings Bank ATMs at Kahala Mall. The certificates are available in $25 increments through Pearlridge Center ATMs, and may be purchased in $10 or $25 increments from Kahala Mall. Any credit card or debit card may be used to purchase the gift certificates, however a PIN (personal identification number) is required to access your account through an ATM. Gift Certificate envelopes are available at the designated ATMs. For more information or questions please call the management office at (808) 488-0981.
Lost and Found
Lost and found is handled by the Pearlridge Center Security Department. You may either report to the information booth located Downtown on the second level near the elevator, or you may call them directly at (808) 488-9611.
Monorail and Courtesy Carts
Customers can travel between Uptown and Downtown in air-conditioned comfort via Oahu’s only monorail. The cost to ride the monorail is 50-cents one-way, children under five years of age ride for free. The Monorail is open daily during Center hours. Courtesy carts are available outside the Center’s six main entrances and will transport you to and from your vehicles as well as between Uptown and Downtown. The courtesy carts, operated by the Pearlridge Center Security Department, are free to ride, and run from one hour prior to opening to one hour after closing. Please note that the monorail and courtesy-cart services do not operate during periods of heavy rain.
Kiddie Kabs and Wheelchairs
Kiddie Kab strollers and wheelchairs are available for use at no charge. Please visit the Information Booth on the second level Downtown near the elevator for more information.
Post Office
There is a Satellite Post Office located near Macy’s on the ground level Uptown, inside GBC Boxes and Packaging.
Satellite City Hall
Satellite City Hall is located Uptown on the second level next to Mastercuts. Operating hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, except for holidays. For more information, please contact Satellite City Hall at (808)483-3405.
Employment Opportunities
For employment opportunities with Pearlridge Center stores, please visit merchants directly. If you are interested in employment opportunities with Pearlridge Center, please visit the management office Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and complete an employment application. Resumes and applications are kept on file for six months.
